Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.

Available Countries
We currently ship to New Zealand, the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and select countries in Europe and Asia.

International Shipping Costs
International shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your destination and parcel weight. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.
Tracking
All international orders include tracking. You’ll receive your tracking number once the order has shipped.
4. Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Gymfit Colombia products. If you’re not 100% satisfied, you may request a return or exchange under the following conditions.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange:

You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

Proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation) is required.
How to Return an Item

We’ll provide return instructions and the correct return address.

Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll process your refund or exchange.
Return postage is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
5. Refunds
Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please allow additional time for banks or payment providers to complete the transaction.
If you haven’t received your refund after this time, contact your bank first, then reach out to us.
6. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with clear photos of the issue.
We’ll happily arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
